amazing hotel with lovely activities

amazing staff many activities interactive experience

the entertainment team, especially lisa, was great i had so much fun she is enthusiastic and always ready to help. the food was also great there was a snack bar by one of the pools if i felt peckish.

i found the sun loungers at the top and bottom pool uncomfortable i could not sit up i was constantly laid down also there are chairs available.

the hotel features three different pools to choose from i enjoyed having options depending on whether i wanted a quiet swim or a more active experience. there are bars and snack options in nearly every area i found drinks readily available and convenient throughout the day.

the hotel offers lovely views i especially loved the sunset each evening from various spots around the hotel. the location is close to the airport only 18 km away i thought that this made transfers very easy and quick upon arrival and departure.

the bungalows are renovated nicely and very clean i found them to be comfortable and well maintained. the italian showers worked perfectly and were very refreshing i really appreciated the functionality and cleanliness of the bathroom facilities.

there is a buffet style service with a variety of options i noticed two grill chefs preparing fresh dishes daily. a snack bar provides additional choices between meals and i never went hungry. the food and drinks were plentiful and good enough for our needs.

Wonderful Stay at Cliffside Resort

varied food cliffside location lovely views

The animation team's energy was great. They kept everyone entertained. The food options were varied and delicious. I found something new to enjoy each day! The resort's location on a cliff offered lovely views. I especially loved the sunsets. It's a spot you won't forget.

I had to hire plastic cups for drinks at the beginning. This was unexpected. There were no drinks available from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. I suggest bringing two cups for water.

The resort has three swimming pools. Each one has its own bar. One pool is quiet. It is for adults to relax. Another pool has more activity. Families enjoy this space. The third pool is spacious. It suits families with children.

The animation team was friendly and energetic. They organized activities at the pool. Later they provided entertainment for adults and kids. This created an interactive experience. The staff maintained cleanliness. Housekeeping was available every day.

Amazing Stay with Wonderful Amenities!

unique infrastructure tennis courts sea views nice drinks

I liked the infrastructure, it felt unique. The area is wide with three pools and four tennis courts. Lots of bungalows are available. The landscape around the hotel is beautiful with forest and sea views. The drinks were nice too!

The food was fine, but not really good. There was also not much variety.

The hotel needs a car, this is a MUST! I found the location strategic for reaching Palma and other sea locations. These destinations are only a few minutes away by car. The hotel is in a VERY convenient location.

The entertainment team is great. The team is enthusiastic, especially Lisa! There is constant activity. You will find something to do at all times. The personnel was really friendly, and their service was excellent.

The dinner was exquisite. I found the all inclusive package exceeded my expectations, at least during lunch and dinner. You will find a menu change every day, you won't get tired of the food. The snack bar also had food available.

broken equipment cold pools

I found a couple of things disappointing. THE gym was in bad shape. Much of the equipment was broken. it also got very stuffy in there, so i just gave up on working out. also, there was no beach access from the hotel. you have to take a bus to get to the nearest one. the pools were cold too.

good food clean territory pool entertainment

i liked the food VARIETY. Mussels and fish was next to various meats. Entertainment by the pool was great, also in the evenings. The clean territory impressed me.

the gym equipment felt a little OUTDATED.

Solid Stay with Great Value

great value sea view clean room efficient air conditioning

I secured a family bungalow for myself. It featured a partial sea view. The bungalow was clean and functional and the view was beautiful. Air conditioning worked well during a particularly hot spell.

The food became repetitive after a few days. I would have liked more variety at lunch and dinner.

The hotel provides beautiful sunsets from the pool area. Several nice beaches are situated about 15 minutes away. The southern part of the island is accessible within approximately 40 minutes by car.

The lower swimming pool offers fantastic views of the sea , made for enjoyable afternoons. The pool area was a source of great fun with activities scheduled throughout the day. The complex provides three swimming pools and free parking is available.

The rooms are kept clean and the beds are comfortable, promoting a good night's rest. My room had air conditioning providing relief from the summer heat. The rooms provide quiet environment so sleeping was not a problem.

The meals included a variety of options and I consistently found something to eat at each meal. Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, were readily available. I found it convenient to have snacks available throughout the day with no additional charge.
